How does this guy claim have access to all these individuals' GPS data? He's not claiming geofencing, he's saying GPS. That's not something you can just access.

Not sure you can buy personally identifiable gps data directly but it is there and extremely valuable to know when a customer is near a potential seller location. If you can build enough associations using various databases that have accessible data elements, you can really identify any particular device.

More realistically it isn't gps data, it is matched geofencing data using tower hits. Or could be. I pretty much assume my deduce could be feeding enough data to various aps and databases that my identity and position could be well correlated and derived from data association.

Segura claims to have the digital ID of every mobile device. He's doing more than must comparing databases it seems.

I don't doubt they bus in ton of people for these rallies all the time. I'd just like him to "show his work" as any of us should be terrified if he's actually able to do this tracking

I think he should show more too, but might be limited by the terms/conditions of his vendor(s). Veraset etc. will sell a whole lot of 'anonymized' data quite happily to any given buyer, though I am also curious how much this would cost for such events.

Basically, all he has to do is figure out an area (geofence) and then pay for the dataset as to visitors in a given time frame, and then cross reference to similar Kamala rallies etc. It won't give names/phone numbers, but unique device identifiers, I think (pretty sure, not positive).
