Yet nothing was done about all the Top Secret documents stored in Biden's garage or Hillary's unsecured server.

So if the "libs" do something monumentally stupid, the republicans should be able to be just as dumb? That's like saying "my house got robbed and the cops never did anything about it, so I'm gonna start robbing houses." Is that what we've come to in society? Really?

All of them are stupid. Both parties. Is it too much to ask you get in a war room to discuss war plans?

I don't believe the story.

The SEC and TOP SECRET networks are not connected to the internet……Documents that are on those network can not be sent down, but they can be sent up in classification.

Anyone who has made the mistake for instance to create a UNCLASS document in SEC or TOP SECRET knows the huge pain in the buttocks it is to get that document and pull it down into a lower class.

The left is clearly creating stories out of nothing. Just like the SIGNAL story.

What part of "Waltz didn't and wouldn't send classified information on an open account," do you not understand?

What does the author mean by "conducted government business over personal Gmail accounts"?

Does that mean, to you, that Waltz was using his Gmail account for top secret communications? Is the article lying if Waltz did not, in fact, use his Gmail account for top secret information?

A careful reading of the WP article shows that Waltz "received" email on a legacy gmail account.

wow. what a sin. That's like accusing someone of participating in fraud for getting an unsolicited phone call from a fraudster.

The insecure coms issue is important, but HRC was running a pay for play scheme with her private emails. That's what makes them different.

I'd much rather see HRC go down for corruption than petty classified doc control standards.

This article is such nonsense if you really dig in and look at what really happened. And people wonder why Trump doesn't use email period. It's an easy target for nonsense.

If you go back and review the Mueller thread it's plainly documented on how far Huma Abedin had to go and what lengths she had to do to make it "convenient" for Hillary. We all know what HRC was doing was far more than just a convenience she was laundering billion through the State Department to the Foundation. Huma Abedin Wasn't simply forwarding classified documents and emails to wherever, she was literally physically printing them out and scanning them into the Clintonmail dot com system and HRC was essentially running the entire state department from her bathroom server or servers since she had multiple servers over her tenure.

Rove and Cheney ran the country off of private email accounts for eight years and there was no uproar. On day one Dick Cheney said there will be zero sensitive communication over the White House email systems. So like Clinton, the Bush White House used a private email server that was owned by the Republican National Committee. And the Bush administration failed to store its emails, as required by law, and then refused to comply with a congressional subpoena seeking some of those emails. Where's the uproar.

And it's well documented that Obama had multiple pseudonyms with private email addresses to avoid FOIA and he communicated with HRC on her private server. HRC had the PDB being delivered by courier to her illegal immigrant maid and had her maid going in and out of her SCIF to retrieve classified documents off a printer that wasn't even supposed to be in her SCIF and faxing them to her home in NY.

All this sky is falling crap over the Signal Chat and now this staffer using GMail is complete BS compared to past administrations

I'm so old, I remember when Ben Rhodes, an Iranian hack lackey, couldn't even pass a background check to get an interim clearance.

But Valerie Jarrett and Barry Sotero had the FBI over-ridden, and all the war/devastation that followed under Rhodes' various jobs atop intelligence/NSA in the WH since can now be ignored/forgotten.

Does this mean that Hillary could not possibly have used her bathroom e-mail server for classified information since the SEC and TOP SECRET networks are not connected to the Internet?

Has something changed that enables Democrats to do that but not Republicans?

Dang - you beat me by a minute!

(But seriously - if we didn't prosecute GCF for this, I don't see where the noise against Waltz & co is anything but a "rules for thee" political power play. Personally I'll be waiting to hear assertions of actual operational damages before my GAF is activated.)
Because GAF and others were never even reprimanded, Waltz should not face any criminal charges (assuming there are any criminal acts)

BUT he should not be anywhere near this administration. He has shown himself to be someone not serious about security.
President Trump finally got around to reading my post! LOL J/K.

This guy was more of a headache than he was worth. Plenty of qualified people out there for Trump to choose from.
