In sum, literally in the middle of the night, the Court issued unprecedented and legally questionable relief without giving the lower courts a chance to rule, without hearing from the opposing party, within eight hours of receiving the application, with dubious factual support for its order, and without providing any explanation for its order. I refused to join the Court's order because we had no good reason to think that, under the circumstances, issuing an order at midnight was necessary or appropriate.

Jumping in too early the lower courts were still actively handling the issue.

Ruling without hearing from the Government only the detainees' side was submitted.

Giving class-wide protection even though no class had been certified yet.

Relying on weak evidence that deportations were imminent.

Violating standard Court procedures by acting in the middle of the night and not explaining itself.

I'm sure a meme on this has been shared but if Democrats are allowed to import 10M+ illegals every time they are in office for four years and if Republicans are then not allowed to remove them, then this country as an experiment is finished.

Barrett is a classic example of someone being selected based on feels and religious beliefs. We knew nothing about her politics, but she said the right religious things and would get people the ruling they wanted on a certain issue.
