Lefties are upset saying judges don't get arrested in 1st world countries. So for some reason now, judges are the highest of high authorities. More so than elected politicians even.

Perp walked...release the mug shots....Obvious judicial misconduct...her work with Catholic Charities and this behavior are tied together...I don't understand how this incestuous behavior between judges acting on behalf of taxpayer funded "charities", relatives and financial gain isn't easy to prove.

The problem with that line of thinking is a judge should be apolitical. Their job is to rule dispassionately on the merits of the law, not to rule based on their personal feelings.

If this Judge really intentionally aided and abetted a fugitive because she felt it her civic duty to protect an undocumented alien, what's to say she would not have let him off in her court for the same reason? If her personal feelings towards immigration are such that they cloud her judgement her response should have been to recuse herself from this guy's case to start with. She clearly had a bias.

Her job is to uphold the law, not pick and choose which ones she likes or dislikes. Or worse yet break laws. She's not alone in this. And she won't be the last one popped.

You cannot obstruct an officer. Duh.

It was an administrative warrant, and there is no duty to actively assist, but you cannot actively obstruct. She gave the illegal immigrant access and instructions to exit out a back door.

Case closed - guilty
