In October 2024, Aaron Spencer, an Arkansas father, was arrested after allegedly shooting and killing Michael Fosler, a 67-year-old man he found with his missing 14-year-old daughter.
Spencer's family had a no-contact order in place against Fosler, who they accused of stalking and r**ing their daughter earlier that year. Fosler was arrested in July 2024 on related charges but was released on bond. Authorities also confirmed Fosler faced additional charges including alleged internet stalking of a child, fourth-degree s**ual assault, s**ual indecency with a child, and child s**al abuse material possession.
