The thing about Trump at the UN yesterday, as with Trump basically any day that ends in y, is he plays offense. Sometimes it's a clumsy offense, but that is one distinguishing feature of Trump's political MO.
It's part of the NY real estate developer attitude he's always had I think, and sometimes it comes across as stupid/wrong of course, but I think Charlie's comments here should be noted/remembered, especially given the bogus 'free speech' narrative the leftists have clung to this week over Kimmel:
I try to call out Trump when he is just wrong in my judgment, but appreciate his instinctive nature to play offense vs. the communists, whether in DC or at the UN. I still dream of the day the US leaves the UN and boots them from NY.
