Nope. 20 million extra votes for Biden in the swing states. It was completely legit.

Smartmatic really isn't used in that many states, and even in states where it is used, it is on a county by county basis.

Also, it is mostly found in places like Los Angeles and Chicago, not exactly cities or states known for voting Republican, in decades, if ever.

It wasn't used in any of the battleground states in 2020 so at most, if there was fraud via Smartmatic, it did nothing but increase the meaningless popular vote total for Biden.

The real fraud in 2020 was always in the illegal changing of election laws, mass mail in ballots, and ballot harvesting.
"If you will not fight for right when you can easily win without blood shed; if you will not fight when your victory is sure and not too costly; you may come to the moment when you will have to fight with all the odds against you and only a precarious chance of survival. There may even be a worse case. You may have to fight when there is no hope of victory, because it is better to perish than to live as slaves." - Sir Winston Churchill

You are correct. And a lot of it was precipitated by the incredibly stupid reaction to Covid.

It is not really clear, but Smartmatic bought a company called Sequoia back in 2005 but was forced to sell to people with US citizenship (was originally Venezuelan I believe). Dominion bought some of Sequoia's assets before they eventually went bankrupt.

Not sure how much of the code is the same as Smartmatic and Dominion say they are direct competitors. So much of this is hidden under intellectual property protection. So we only see what they want us to see.

True, but I look at that as a separate, but related issue as it influenced how people voted rather than creating fake/fraudulent votes for Biden.

The most troubling fraud imo, was the weaponized/partisan FBI and intelligence community openly engaging in election interference in an effort to get their preferred candidate elected.

Probably the most egregious thing to happen in any of our lifetimes honestly. I still have trouble grappling with it. And no one seems to care or even know about it, other than us die hard types who follow politics under a microscope. Very demoralizing.

There is no doubt 2020 was "rigged" in the sense of going-in, how the election choices were allowed to be presented, how the votes were allowed, and what information was suppressed. Whether it was also then stolen in the infamous F diagram the night of 3/4 November history has yet to absolutely settle.

Wrong.... there were close congressional elections in 2020 that could have been impacted.

It was always about which ballots were counted.... and how many times they may have been counted (GA - Fulton County).

Once a ballot is cast..... it's hard to demonstrate fraud. Dems have exploited this plus the fact that they control the mass ballot counting in urban cores.... which lends itself to easier impropriety because of the large numbers of ballots in one place.

I think you are referring to Sequoia Voting Systems. What happened was that Congress was making a CFIUS inquiry (foreign ownership/financial interest) and initially Sequoia consented but then suddenly, Sequoia changed hands with American management becoming "the owners" but with Smartmatic seller "financing".

Then Dominion acquired Sequoia. Were the source codes between Sequoia and Smartmatic the same? Don't know.

Sequoia Research is currently owned by Dominion Voting Systems

So they own the intellectual property but how much they actively use is unknown. Always love this part of the story....

Quote:

The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States launched a probe into Sequoia Voting Systems in 2006 after discovery that the company was owned by a company controlled by members of the radical-socialist Venezuelan government. At the time, the government was run by president and outspoken opponent of the U.S., Hugo Chavez. Chavez won reelection in a special vote to remove him from office in 2004. Sequoia voting machines were used in the election. 4

Smartmatic, then-parent company of Sequoia Research LLC, gave a seat on the board of directors of Sequoia to an unnamed prominent member of the Chavez regime. The chairman of the board of directors for Smartmatic, Mark Malloch Brown, is a member of the Labour Party of the United Kingdom, and a member of the global board of directors for Open Society Foundations, a left-wing private grantmaking organization founded by liberal billionaire George Soros. 5 6

Anyone remember Heider Garcia, who was the Elections Administrator in Tarrant County in 2020, and ended up in Dallas County when he was pushed out in Tarrant County?

Quote:

Like a lot of election administrators, Garcia, 43, followed an indirect path to overseeing elections. Garcia was born in Pennsylvania to Venezuelan parents attending Penn State University.

Once his parents graduated, they returned with Garcia to Venezuela, where he grew up. He became a computer engineer with dreams of landing a job as an animation software developer for movie studio giants like Pixar.

Instead he landed a job as a software developer for a voting systems company and spent 12 years working for election technology company Smartmatic. That job took him to places like Panama and the Philippines before he signed on as an elections manager in California. In 2018, Garcia took the job in Tarrant County.

Quote:

Initially for safety reasons, but now to get up to speed on the latest election conspiracy theories, Garcia daily monitors right-wing social media channels such as Truth Social.

Just heard Heider Garcia's replacement has been hired. Garcia went to work for one of the state of Texas's "voting machine vendors." Bad news.

Even more, it was CNN that exposed that story and did a video on it. So pretty solid. When it was simultaneously scrubbed everywhere in late 2020 it kind of gave the game away and was another one of those proofs much of Big Tech was hard Left and going Bidenite.

Appeal is going swimmingly for the prosecution today...

So they charged her with a felony and used misdemeanor language to get the conviction at trial?

Quote:

Appellate Judges Grill Prosecutors Over "Baffling" Error: Tina Peters Convicted on Felony Charges despite using Misdemeanor Jury Instruction Language

- A judge asks point-blank if it's acceptable to convict someone of a crime they weren't charged with or instructed on, as long as evidence supports it; the prosecutor affirms "yes," leading to visible judicial confusion and pushback, with one judge stating, "I'm baffled at the position that's being taken."

- The jury was instructed using "might" (misdemeanor language implying potential liability) instead of the felony requirement of actual liability, resulting in an extra 15 months in prison; judges emphasize this isn't a mere omission but an affirmative misinstruction, questioning why the remedy isn't simply entering a misdemeanor verdict.

It's chilling what these people will "accidentally" do to people who challenge them. Not unlike all the overcharging for J6, that would never be challenged in DC courts.
