Why is insanity a defense at all? IDGAF if somebody claims they were crazy when they committed a murder. That person needs to be punished for what they did and removed from society permanently so they can never do it again. I'd say you execute murderers ESPECIALLY if they were deemed insane, just like you shoot a dog with rabies. They are a mortal threat.

I posted a similar response on another thread. Insanity should be a prosecutorial tool and if a murder is deemed insane, death sentence should be carried out within 30 days if not sooner. We do not need insane murderers on the street as a society

Insanity does not matter. The death penalty is exactly for non functioning individuals such as this. No sane person stabs a 6 year old to death anyway. What are we even talking about.

They're inviting a real world law abiding citizen. I mean... it's really blatant at this point.

There should be a law where being a vigilante is a perfectly acceptable defense to the crime they commit.

It has become necessary since the Dems decided our actual justice system is a tool for them to pick political winner and losers with complete disregard for the law and actual justice.

Vigilante justice is better than no justice at all, the latter being what we have now.
