Unfortunately, Chicago area news outlets are gleefully reporting the 'whale' is free without charges. Seems like there have been a number of detainments without charges. This figures into the TRO about NG deployment.

They are hypocrites because the rioters are wearing masks to conceal their identity while demanding that ICE remove their masks. Back in the good ole days (1925) Texas passed an anti-mask law to discourage the Ku Klux Klan from hiding in public. That was during their high-water time period. Perhaps it is time for the legislature to enact another anti-mask law.
