The Feds need to immediately reduce any outstanding funds or claw back any already given to the tune of $140M to Commiefornia. This is another end run around the ban on spending federal dollars on baby murder. Same **** as they do with medical and illegals. Spend state tax dollars like its monopoly money and then take fed money to refill coffers.

Simple fix. No bail outs. California can not run a deficit. They can cook the books for a while, but in the end they will need a bail out. If the Rs keep the administration for 8+ years then the taxpayers of CA will be on the hook.
