The point of a boycott is to keep it going and apply the pressure until something changes. And you continue with it despite the negative impacts on your life.

No one here will be canceling Christmas, as their kids will not go without presents. They are simply delaying the Christmas shopping by a week.

Just as dumb as those "don't buy gas on Tuesday" boycotts.

The best way to show them you mean business by not buying anything on Friday is to shop on Thursday instead.
