We'd all be more sympathetic and willing to bend if that inclination hadn't been weaponized against us to replace our culture and people.

Sucks to be a good egg thrown out with the bad, but when embarking on civilizational correction there's going to be some unfortunate anecdotes.

They have destroyed New York, Chicago, and LA by not following the law. No sympathy from me.

Agree. The American left should make the first move and display sympathy for Americans and their families who have paid the price for their open borders policies.

Its waste of time and resources for immigration to go after people like this. And especially to detain them for so long. Total lack of nuance on display.

Maybe he should go back to SK (1st world country) and apply for citizenship or some type of visa. Or just live in his home country with his family (the horror).

We've certainly seen nuance on display in relation to Abrego-Garcia and his TdA and MS-13 friends allowed to roam free by the American left.

When the Biden Administration failed enforcing immigration law, they set in motion a national crisis that can only be handled in a comprehensive and aggressive manner.

This individual had decades to resolve his status. Should he receive the same latitude the "Maryland Man" gets from the process? If he is as OP states, then he certainly should get consideration to remain while the trafficking piece of garbage should have been deported years ago.

But he is fully responsible for the situation he finds himself in now and had several years to fix it.

They didn't go after him. Apparently, he is hopelessly stupid.

We don't need more stupid Americans. Our cup runneth over.
