Full English Translation Statement by Col. Ebrahim Aghaie Komazani, Iranian Regular Army Aviation Division

> In the sight of God Almighty, let us not commit crime, sin, or treachery.
Greetings to the great nation of Iran and to the eternal and flourishing foundation of the Imperial State of Iran.

Before stating my mission, I must clarify two essential truths.

First Truth: During the black revolution of 1979, by order of His Majesty Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, the late Aryamehr, the Imperial Armed Forces were instructed not to use live ammunition against the people of Iran, and not to fabricate criminal files or label citizens as enemies or agitators. The Shah knew that according to Articles 26 and 35 of the Constitutional Monarchy of Iran, sovereignty and ownership of the state belong to the nation, not to the person of the king.

Second Truth: During the eight-year Iran-Iraq war, had it not been for the remaining pilots and officers of the Imperial Air Force men like Jahanbani, Mohagheghi, and others Iran would not have survived.

As a veteran of the Imperial Air Force and as a servant of the great Iranian people, I now address all members of the military, police, intelligence, and judiciary:
Those who, over the past 47 dark years, have branded Iranian citizens as traitors or corrupters, who have suppressed protests and fabricated charges against those who simply demanded freedom know this:

If you again suppress the rightful revolution of the Iranian people as they rise to overthrow this false, criminal regime of the so-called Islamic Republic, you will be seen as enemies of the nation and traitors before God.

The Iranian people have no weapon but their voice and the national flag the Lion and Sun of Iran.

Therefore, I warn the oppressors:
If the exiled monarch, His Majesty Reza Pahlavi II, deems it necessary to declare it, the Iranian nation will have the right and duty to engage in armed resistance against the regime's forces in order to restore freedom and dignity.

This uprising is not rebellion it is sacrifice and devotion for the glory of Iran.

Raise the Derafsh-e-Kaviani and the Lion and Sun flag high.

Long live freedom. Long live Iran. Long live the Shah.

Most of the time I'd think this dude would just be offed and move on down the road. But given the recent Israeli attacks, Trump turning the screws on oil, and <10MM people about to be out of water, maybe this one could have legs. I bet the Mossad wouldn't mind lending a hand...

He is saying to put Pahlavi back in place, so I'm good with that part. Sounds like he is willing to be the one to light the tinder.

I think he's kind of whitewashing how things were under the Shah.

Might be, but the current regime appears to have been no better.

Oh, no doubt everything has been even worse since 1979. But the revolution happened for a reason.

I think things were nice for people who were prosperous enough. And to visiting Westerners working for oil companies the country seemed very cosmopolitan and modern. But I think that was a narrow slice of society.

The cure wound up being worse than the disease.

The reason was because Islamists wanted power. It wouldn't matter who was in power at the time as long as they were weak enough to be overthrown. It wasn't the Shah, then it would have been Mosaddegh or whoever his successor would have been at the time.

Could be. One never really knows until the shooting starts happening. Then, we will truly see if they have the numbers, ammunition, and courage.

I don't think he was really that bad. The Shah instituted a lot of political reforms aimed at modernizing and Westernizing Iran, as well as building and strengthening Iran's economy. He broke up the traditional feudal system and gave women the right to vote.

The problem is that he was also dealing with large factions of subversive islamists and marxists who deeply opposed his reforms. The islamists hated him because they saw islam as a governmental structure, not just a religion. His Westernization reforms were antithetical to their idea of a country centered around islam. The marxists hated him because they were diametrically opposed to his capitalist reforms and alliance with Western powers (they were obviously supported by the USSR). The playbook was to engage in terrorism to spread fear and provoke a response and then play victim and blame the government to gain support, basically the same way it is here now with antifa and other marxist groups or the palestinians in Israel. He wasn't perfect by any means, and his intelligence agencies probably did some bad things, but he was also dealing with some very bad people and ideologies.

Back him if he seems viable. Obama and Hillary ruined the best chance in 2009.

This guy is not the first-

there have been many in the last year who have pledged fealty to the Shah's son.

the problem is there are still 500,000 Quds Force and IRGC terrorists running around.

it will take the entire population to rise up.

hopefully the CIA is working with MOSSAD to make this happen.

I can't believe Iran has gone this long without a civil war/revolt. Historically, Iranians/Persians have never backed down from a fight and never hesitated to start a fight..

FYI the Shah's son is lame and has lived in the US for way too long to be a legitimate option to lead Iran. I'm actually like 90% sure he pretends to want to go back and be king because he's grifting off of all of the Persians that hate the current regime not because he actually wants to be king.

The fallout from the embarrassing failures during the Israeli war followed by an extreme water crisis in Tehran is going to put social pressure on the regime. As usual, the question is whether a critical mass of people are willing to risk their lives to make it happen. Once a certain percentage of the population is in revolt the regime will crumble like a tofu dreg Chinese bridge.

Quote:

Across Iran, every single day, courageous citizens are dismantling the walls of oppression and raising the banner of freedom and patriotism higher than ever. The sight of our national Lion and Sun flag, hoisted by soldiers who have broken the chains of tyranny and joined the people, stands as a vivid symbol of Iran's growing courage.

True change is born not from grand gestures, but from countless small acts of defianceby those who choose hope over fear, knowledge over ignorance, and unity over division, wielding the light of truth against the darkness of oppression. The future of Iran will be forged through this courage, this determination, and the power of organized action. The "Eternal Guard of Iran" guides citizens inside the country; the National Collaboration platform opens the path for military and governmental forces to join; and the "Rise Iran" website unites Iranians across the world.

On the anniversary of the November 2019 uprising, the memory of the immortal sons and daughters of Iran's national revolution those who stood fearless against darkness and lit the path to freedom lives on. In this struggle, our national flag is more than a symbol. It is the embodiment of our unbreakable will. Let us raise it high. Let the world see that Iran's heart still beatsand that it is ready to rise.

It's not serious, only thing that will work is war and buckets of blood for years. You have to put all of them to the sword

Would be nice to see Iran as an open free nation like it used to be- I know an older Iranian guy and his wife and family who live in Houston. - they are good people and had their kids here in the US. Lots of those people are good folks

The Iranian population had a chance to rise up a few months ago when the IRGC leadership were almost all simultaneously assassinated and the religious zealots running the show were at their weakest.

They didn't.

Maybe the water crisis will spur some action but doubtful.

I don't know if I can take this guy seriously, he used the words "great" and "Iran" in the same sentence a couple of times.
