I am curious how these programs are funded. When the money spent goes up exponentially every year how does nobody say "hold on a minute"? All I can think is the graft goes all the way to the top and there are zero check and balances within their budget system.

Actually, there were some folks who saw it.

Naturally, this race card was pulled and it went away due to the overwhelming and extreme guilt. Apparently all of the Minnesotans were slave owners in the last 10 years of muslims, along with judges and juries, who support terrorists orgs..

Honestly, it's bad enough in most of America, but Minnesota merrily gives money thinking it fixes everything, like most Democrats. I'm not sure Minnesota isn't the worst when it comes to the "our govt. says it's for the children" or "our govt. says it's for the poor", and they're happy to shell it out with few restrictions.

Somali ain't invading **** other than liberal areas. When the point comes that White, Asian and Hispanic Americans are tired of it, which will come eventually, there will be no somalis in America.
