No way the Dems will allow someone who hasn't paid their dues with the DNC to become the nominee.

There will be a slew of dem candidates in the running. At some point, right on cue, there will be a meeting of the DNC over a weekend, and come Monday morning there will be one candidate left, all the MSM outlets will be fawning over that person as the greatest thing since sliced bread, echoing all the talking points, and the other candidates will disappear quietly.

I imagine they'll be shopping for their (next) beach house over the next few weeks, and they'll one by one make a show of support for the anointed one at an opportune time when the candidate is getting raked over the coals for something, and the MSM will ignore any controversy in favor of interviewing the former dem candidates praise the anointed one.

Just like every other election cycle where the dem is not the incumbent.

My prediction: whoever it is will make Clinton's policy positions look closer to the John Birch Society than to the modern DNC platform

Shapiro of PA would be a reasonable choice, but the DNC is overtly antisemitic so there is no way.

Sleazy Gavin and the VP will be largely unknown with no record. Like Obama.

88% of black voters, on average, vote Democrat. In 2008, it rose to 95%.

It's not anything nefarious to bet that he, military or not, follows suit. That isn't outside the realm of probability.

The DNC still hasn't learned its lesson. For all I know this guy could be the most based, reasonable, qualified Democrat there is, and they still wouldn't pick him unless he spews vitriol and blames Trump for mismanaging the phases of the moon.
