Trump isn't miserable in the least. He's having the time of his life leading the country after his massive comeback, while at the same time telling the truth about his predecessors. Love him or hate him, he's Trump being Trump with his typical flair.

And in three years he gets to go live at Mara Lago with his gorgeous wife and play golf and enjoy the fruits of his labor.

It's hilarious as hell but will create a back and forth every time there's a new party in power.

The party that brought us incivility in domestic politics, and the policy of politics of 'personal destruction' (to borrow Hillary's phrase, also the author of Russiagate smears quite ironically) is clear. Trump's half-joking truths about the scum that were Biden-Obama administrations barely registers a blip in the 'dignity of the office' laugh-o-meter.

When the swamp leadership won't even invite Trump to official funerals, he's absolutely right to go after them viciously. We all know they intend to do so again the second he is out of office, if able. I hope he adds similar narratives to W and his dad's images too. Maybe add a VP wall on the other side, or at Vance' residence.
