Honestly...? Seems a little grifty. Trump is now a major investor in a publicly traded company whose likelihood of success is dramatically impacted by policies implemented by Trump's administration (and trump's admin is quite active in nuclear energy and views it very positively).

I'm all for restricting every elected official in DC from participating in such schemes.

Congress isn't going to get the POTUS to sign anything unless Congress limits themselves, too.
