You need a much better website URL from the start

Do not use Conly. You have a unique name that will not be memorable unless you were to get to a level where people know you because of it.

Look more for something simple like Brewer6.com BrewerTexas etc etc

Maybe use SeeOnlyConly but thats a stretch

Edit to add: when you get a better URL or maintain the existing, you sure as hell better reserve all similar spellings/misspelled variants to forward to your actual page

Can't get the website to load, so not sure how much in common you have with the average district 6 voter. I don't live in your district - just north of it, and I grew up just south of it. That area sure needs some common sense, but I'm not sure the average voter has it. I'm pulling for you.

This isn't a complete sentence. A strong attribute for a city counselperson would be typing complete sentences.

I also don't like the way the text is flush with the left-hand side of the text box. It's very distracting.

On the "Issues" tab, under "Property Taxes," correct the first line to:

Two words: too high.

Have you connected with your local GOP?

I'd imagine their support will be critical even though it's just a city council position, Fort Worth is a big enough and in fact I think the biggest red metro left so I think they must be involved.

Garnering their support is crucial because it helps you secure funding, mobilize a ground game, and can take over or at the very least guide your technology team, including the linked website.
