Just imagine how quickly the Mexican government would fall in line, now.

I bet President Mrs Socialist is worried about Delta making a house call at her casa. Being that she's a cartel stooge.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if the cartels used Mexican navy boats to haul their drugs across the Gulf.

We're not deposing a democratically elected president. But we might start bombing cartels on Mexican soil without permission.

Yep. We need to drone every cartel hangout, their homes, and not give too much of a damn about collateral damage. Warn them that if they are a cartel member, or a member of one of their violent gangs, their life expectancy is to be measured in weeks. If they choose to surround themselves with family or innocent people, that is on them.

I don't disagree, but I'm curious how people would handle the retaliation. Car bombs in Texas, etc? I mean they have plenty of their friends in the States already, no?

We can cower or we can drive the trash out.

Our last president was letting in every single person that came to our border. It's time to stop it.

This has been one of the outstanding issues in the world since WWII

Global Politicians relying on stern words without following through with any real consequences

Only emboldens the Castros, Khameini and their ilk

I honestly think that would get ugly quick the other way. Not only bloodshed, but the first car bomb report, people aren't going to hire potential cause sympathizers.

I didn't disagree at all. My point is how Americans will respond (See: Democrats) if they retaliate. I agree that is time, but this is the weakest generation in American history.

The crews I know that are illegal don't want the drama, they just want to work and make money. Car bombings by Mexico cartels would be a real problem from them. They already have a big enough one with the cartels and getting people here.

I suspect there well could be retaliation, what with the millions of unvetted invaders that Biden let come in. I would hope any retaliation such as car bombs would result in a purge of everyone who came into the United States in the past twenty years illegally, anyone from certain countries, and asylum seekers should be treated the same. Send them all home.

There will be acts of terror at some point in our future, whether we attack cartels or gangs or not. Anything that reduces the number of potential terrorists is a good thing.

It is. And if we wait, they'll be even weaker, like European "men."

None of the European countries would stand a chance at defending themselves. They're feckless and impotent. We aren't completely yet.

I have been hoping for this for years. Bring the assets from the ME and treat them like the terrorists they are. Make being a cartel member the most dangerous job in this hemisphere.

Well then, this Venezuelan thing ought to be a good siesta wake-up call for the Jewish woman running the Mexican Government. You, are now on the clock, Lady. If your drug running ops get hit trying to enter the US via land or sea, your seat is hotter than a multiple losing season SEC football coach.

the only interesting thing about the press conference yesterday was Trump explaining that the President of Mexico seems to be nice...

but is afraid of the cartels and has no power.

after Iran is liberated we need to start demolishing the narcos in Mexico.

It would be fairly simple to just shut off trade with Mexico and the problem would resolve itself quickly since she has now come out in favor of UN intervention against the American people.

Mexican Cartels don't use drug boats, if you are unaware we share a 2000 mile land border with Mexico.

Ask Grok about it. You would be surprised

"Drug boats (pangas, go-fasts, and narco subs) are a core part of Mexican cartel operations, especially for the Sinaloa Cartel, and continue to be used heavily into 20252026 despite ongoing interdictions."

The american drug market writes the checks, you can drone strike as many cartel leaders as you want. So long as we have an appetite for drugs the money will be there.

"Fall in line", what does this mean?

Is Mexico using their natural resources to weaken the US and strengthen our opposition forces?

If not, there is nothing to fall in line with. This action against Maduro had nothing to do with drug smuggling ops. That was a legal strategy to manage domestic blowback and bypass Constitutional red tape requiring TDS dems in congress to sign off. Just like Iran's "imminent nuke threat" narrative was used the same way.

So far Trump has proved he can walk this line responsibly. Its been impressive. Unlike the Clintons with black hawk down, Bengazi and Obama with fast and furious.

Yea and with every blown up boat I suspect the price goes up for the addict. Maybe it gets too expensive and some end up quitting.

They could bomb them pretty easily on US soil in Southern Arizona. Their spotters just hangout on the mountains in Southern AZ 24/7 with scopes and Binos and walkie talkies guiding their drug smugglers...Just fly a cheap drone over and drop a couple of grenades on the spotters or give our Military snipers some target practice..

It's really amazing we just allow them to smuggle illegal drugs because nobody thinks we can win a war on drugs. They had an investigation in AZ that went on for nearly 8 years before they arrested anyone. They literally watched them bring drugs over the border wall with ramp trucks, watched them drive the drugs through the desert from the border all the way to Tuscon and Phoenix for 8 years while "gathering evidence."

This is why the world always favors Democratic Presidents for they are easily bullied and take the knee to the world thinking that the world would like us.

The truth is that the world hates us for who we are and has always hated us, including are supposed "allies".
