It is. And if we wait, they'll be even weaker, like European "men."

None of the European countries would stand a chance at defending themselves. They're feckless and impotent. We aren't completely yet.

Our company used to do a lot of business in the EU, the Euros are stupid and have ruined their countries with stupid regulations that are giving all their business to counties like China. Most Euro men don't have a set of balls these days, their nutts are smaller than the nuts on a small rodent like a possum.

Isn't it kind of crazy we went into Venezuela, first, and not Mexico, if it were actually about the drugs. I think there are 8 cartels on the terror list and 7 of them are in Mexico. State Dept. also added cartel de los soles 2 months ago. Now we're talking about doing the same thing to Cuba next. I think that indicates it's not about the drugs. It's a good excuse to avoid having to go to Congress for a declaration of war though which is pretty smart.

1) Mexico doesnt have oil
2) Trump doesnt blame Mexico for involvement in election "stealing"
(this isn't about drugs)

The only realistic enforcement mechanism for UN policy is….the US military.

So, we do as we feel the need to do, and the UN can whine but they know they are impotent and now trying to shame us into compliance is no longer working.

Yeah, Trump is the embodiment of "Black Bush" from Chappelle Show:

Just imagine how quickly the Mexican government would fall in line, now.

I doubt they would do anything. Remember when Trump was going to build a wall and have Mexico pay for it and that never happened?

We need to pull out of that corrupt organization and stop funding ASAP.

They would die on the vine in 6 months with no money and no leadership.

Well to be fair, Venezuela and Cuba are much smaller targets. Easy to execute. Like a practice drill.

That was a stupid thing for Trump to say and even more stupid for anyone that believed it. I mean like "D" dumb.

But this is actual action.

We're not deposing a democratically elected president. But we might start bombing cartels on Mexican soil without permission.

This. The leader of the Mexican cartel is the one that is probably worried.

Possums are marsupials. But I agree with your premise, Euro men seem nutless.

I think most of us realize this is a multi-pronged operation, and not excusivly about them flooding us with fentanyl and other hard drugs. With the number one goal probably being to keep China and Russia from continuing to meddle in our own backyard. And reclaiminig some of what is rightfully ours after that corrupt socialist freak Hugo Chavez nationalized numerous US corporations (imagine Trump doing something like this lol). Hitting them in the "drugs" dept, and thus sending a pretty stark warning to Mexico and other disgusting narco states, is mostly just the cherry on top.

I sure as sh** would be pretty nervous if I was a cartel jefe or even a prominent politician who is in bed with them.

They are used to US leaders just barking. Trump just did what would have been previously unthinkable. And hasn't he declared the cartels "foreign terrorist organizations"?

Um, what?!

PeMex says "Hola, guey!".

Pemex has been in decline for over 2 decades due to aging fields, underinvestment, corruption and slowing drilling activity. There's a reason Mexico is a net importer of refined products and it's because Pemex has gone to ***** Now, Mexico DOES have proven reserves but they rank 17th in the world in that regard, so going after Mexico for their oil isn't really worth it.

Venezuela, on the other hand, has massive oil reserves plus the bonus of precious metals and rare earth minerals. Enough that indicting their president and then arresting him is worth the trouble. Plus it breaks up the Cuba-Venezuela relationship and jabs a stick in China's eye. There are a LOT of reasons to force regime change in Venezuela.

I think it is high time to start against the cartels in Mexico with military violence.

The reaction to this by Mexicans and Mexican sympathizers in both Mexico and the United States is necessary to draw the line in the sand and establish which side of the narco-state they really want to support.

Who are the "good" Mexicans and Latino Americans? We need to find out.

I believe if push comes to shove, we'll find that a great majority of these people would rather have opportunity for prosperity through hard work and a lawful society than the lawless cartel run narco-state they have now.
The best way to keep evil men from wielding great power is to not create great power in the first place.

Pero Pemex, guey. I think everyone understands Mexico has oil, but it is orders of magnitude less than Venezuela, and Mexico's ****ty government is a major deterrent to foreign investment in the country. Not to mention the cartels.
