Pretty much any puppet country stupid enough to think Putin or Xi are going to "have their back" against the US better pipe down, because Trump just flew into a country both Russia and China were "supporting" and kicked their teeth in.

Putin and Xi just sit there silently; not even making eye contact.

You are correct, it was not about drugs. It was about reasserting the Monroe Doctrine in the Americas. China, Russia and the ME were making inroads into our back yard. The events of Friday night/Saturday morning reasserted US dominance in our Hemisphere and served notice that China, Russia, Iran and Islamic radicals are not welcome.
