So while this operation was waiting for weather conditions but then on Friday evening, pizza orders to the Pentagon spiked by 750% within two hours. Saw that in a this video.



So DC pizza joints knew something was about to go down. Operational security crapped the bed on that one. Buy a bunch of pizza ovens and hire people to cook pizzas in the Pentagon.

Only half joking.

I was talking to an AF officer at church this morning and his thoughts were that whoever made that Polymarkets bet is in big trouble if they're in the military. He thought that it was likely a security breach among many other issues. Now, all adversaries will be watching Polymarkets for signs as to our intentions.

When I was on the Marine Security Force team, one of our duties was to guard the Cinclant compound in Norfolk.

We always knew when to turn on the news as the flag parking spots were full at the wrong times and pizza delivery kept coming to the front gates.

People have to eat. Pizza delivery is a simple way to have food on standby during a long night.

This was in 1995 by the way.

Would be kind of funny if Xi and Putin ordered thousands of pizza one night starting at about 11 PM. The Pentagon would be scrambling trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

I will add that if this was something that was a more important event, it would be taken into consideration to avoid any possible tells.

A much bigger problem is how this mission was leaked to media before happening and they fortunately declined publishing information

Literally EVERYONE in the DC area knows about the whole "pizza meter" at the Pentagon.

it would beggar imagination to believe the SAME planners who just ran a ingress op into Caracas-

are too stupid to realize that ordering pizzas will tip off their enemies?!!

the same team that sent 7 B-2s one direction while the other 6 B-2s went a different direction?

Yes, food service is in white areas. Also, food choices are limited during 2nd and 3rd shift.

It probably is not pizza being delivered to the pentagon, it is guys calling home to let the wife know they are working late. The wife then orders pizza for the kids instead of cooking, so they can have leftovers whenever they get home.

If guys who are military placed bets on Polymarkets, they will be discovered. Even if they used secure VPNs (which are not as secure as a lot fo people think).

But the go signal from Trump was not until 10:46 PM. But I guess since they had been waiting for the weather to clear for about four days by Friday night. Trump had greenlighted it four days earlier but the weather was not cooperative for those days. Get a break in the weather for a sufficient window for the parameters of the mission on Friday night.

They should just have google not report the unusual traffic in a certain geographic area around DC. Thats the easiest fix. Of course adversaries could monitor certain locations themselves, but it would take a bit more work from them to do it, and the info wouldn't be public.
