Interesting theory and fits in with him being a shady huckster dancing around things.Hearing reports that Vivek was asked to step away from social media due to pressure from major donors.

Allegedly, these donors are growing increasingly nervous that Vivek's rising unfavorability is due to online backlash from his comments on social media.
So his donors want him bought and paid for; beholden to them?
The man is free to say things that I or anyone on here agrees with or disagrees with. He (like any public servant) should answer to himself and only himself; guided by his own moral compass. If he can't do that, then he has no business representing the people anywhere.
Now, I would agree that serving the financial purposes of major donors perverts and corrupts nearly all politicians, so if you frame it as service to an exclusive financier - I then agree with the spirit of your criticism.
