From what I can remember from the class from last year. I do have to take it again this year. Their labeling it as believing gender is an inherent, often biologically-linked, part of a person's identity, rather than just societal roles or expectations.

Basically saying, you as a person can be anything without the worry of society telling you what you can and can't not be. Its nothing but fluff words to make the alphabet people feel good about themselves.

If I remember, I'll try to video record the class and post it on texags. Not all 12 hours, just the insane loony talking points.

So you can't grunt while you lift a weight or you'll get kicked out, but you can whip your johnson out in the women's bathroom, no problem!

If they receive federal funds, report them to the Justice Department. If they receive state funding, report them to the AG.

12 hours? That's 11 hours and 59 minutes more than anyone should ever need.

Most DEI teaches that gender is a social construct totally detached from biological sex. That gender is fluid and can be whatever someone wants on any given day.

The "LGBT awareness" course my employer pushed stated that toddlers can determine their gender differs from their doctor assigned sex. Also preached that there was no reason trans shouldn't be able to compete in women's sports. They compelled us to wear rainbow flare and put pronouns in email sig to "show:you are safe" . Pretty crazy how ridiculous it got peaking right before the last election cycle.

Same is happening to us, not the email part thank God. The agency does want us to wear rainbow flag pins to let those know "we are friendly".

Its used to be a sitcom skit....now its reality. Once enough people are wearing rainbows in the office, the few who arent are considered homophobic bigots.

This is worded funny.

Typically the DEI argument goes that man and woman definitions ARE social constructs. That the only reason why we say a person is a man is because males are defined that way by our society. Taking this further, it means that there are no real physical differences between how a man and a woman thinks that have any biological basis. I think that is provably false. Taking it to the Nth degree, it means that there are no physical differences between men and women at all besides genitals and breasts. That is not just provably false, it is simply not defendable.

You can be who you want from a societal standpoint. You can be more feminine or masculine. Who am I to stop you. But, you can't decide to be male or female. That is not a social construct. That is just science. You either have XX or XY. That is (except in very rare deformities) completely binary. There is no spectrum there.

Don't try to make sense of it. You will only hurt yourself.

Facts

According to the picture posted that policy was from 2014. Who knows if it is even still in place, but by all means, make financial decisions based on a tweet of a 12 year old xerox copy!
