Natural-born US citizen obtaining passport from another country… I have no issue with that but it should disqualify you from holding any public officer, serving in military, and particularly serving in Congress, etc.

We have for our entire history AFAIK, and certainly our lifetimes. Just like pretty much every other country on this world. You are trying to deny actual fact here.

No, the dude who introduced it made sure the bill stipulates one year grace period for existing holders to declare one or the other.
