Maybe you could get them declared Untermenschen and force them to wear special outfits or something to declare their identity. I heard it worked before.
A federal law already exists but the individual has to be declared mentally unfit or committed by a court, board, commission, or other lawful authority.

Could even segregate them into their own areas! Like something akin to ghettos, or even concentrate them into camp like areas! That way every one of them is clearly designated as being…different, from the rest of us.

I know they are not responsible for all mass shootings, but the LGBTQ types and kids whose brains aren't fully developed that have neglectful parents seem to wanna compete for the #1 spot for going postal.

Yeah, I'm sure it's a bunch of straight white dudes running around Chicago, Baltimore, DC, Memphis, etc on an almost daily basis blasting away at each other, and putting the general public at risk. I guess it depends on how you define mass shootings, seems like a lot of gang shootings turn into mass shootings.

OP.. yes they could ban guns from these people however that's not part of the plan. Just ban the use of these dangerous harmful drug treatments and you probably don't need to worry about guns.
Some of these people say stuff like they are hearing noises inside their head, others say the drugs make them really angry (probably / most likely affecting long term sleep) …. Imagine yourself in this position and not being able to be yourself or get real sleep or can't get rid of anger or the noises inside their head your head.. no doubt it would drive all of us insane…. Then guns come into play to solve the problem. The root cause are these drugs not the guns.

The problem is not the gun. Congrats OP just made the same mistake that every anti-gun leftist has made. I have to presume OP is bothered by either the Rhode Island Hockey game shooting or maybe just the rise in LGBTQwhatevers posting about themselves buying guns.

Id argue that if the legal system treated it as the serious psychosis and mental instability that it is, there could be many more legal interventions to help these people properly and keep them from harming others and themselves.

Nortex nailed it. Trying to take away guns based on whatever criteria we can come with for high crash-out probability is largely an asinine exercise. What we need is a culture of gun ownership among the populace and no more of these insane "gun-free zone" fantasies.
The majority of Americans could be perfectly responsible carriers if it was normalized again (like it was for most of our country's history). Even the crazies have some small degree of F around and find out principle innate to them. If owning and carrying was just a normal part of our culture, most of these events wouldn't even happen in the first place...and when they did, the chances of someone nearby not being able to end it immediately would be slim.

You may not like it, but the 2nd Amendment is for every law abiding citizen. Similar to the 1st Amendment, speech you don't like is covered as well.
As stated already, the key is to get the trans people to be more easily declared mentally unfit, and therefore cannot own a firearm.
