And they rave about beans on toast. Some type of comfort food to them. Not completely sure but I think beans on toast is a leftover from WWII type of rationing.

We had Spam and s*** on a shingle(creamed chipped beef on toast) but other than Hawaiians obsession with Spam, not exactly considered today's comfort food in the US.

Honest question, can you name a single thing this administration does that you agree with?

Don't you think its a little strange that you literally disagree with everything? Thats not a naturally derived world view. Thats propaganda.

let's try to stay on topic here, this thread is not about me. But if the mods will excuse a slight discursion: I like that he isn't currently planning expanded gun control (although the Trumpians floated it recently, banning trans people from owning guns).

Aren't the mentally ill already banned from owning guns?

I encourage everyone who is curious about British cuisine and watch the reactions of brits that are exposed to real food. It's pretty hilarious

This YouTube channel is full of videos about brits experiencing real food for the first time

I watch a lot of those, JOLLY, L3WG, Adam Courser (Irish guy) among others.

Let's just say anything over three ingredients is a struggle for most of them. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are challenge, even spotting them the bread. Same with BLTs and S'Mores.

Now Mr. H and Friends have fully embraced making American food, even including getting a Franklin smoker and making 16 hour briskets, ribs, pork butts, turkey. For Brits, they are quite fearless of new foods and actually can read and follow a recipe. David and Nakita come to the States every other year or so and meet up with famous American cooks and pit masters. They went to see Cowboy Kent in Oklahoma and another pit master in North Carolina.

It's not hard or expensive to eat clean in America. It just takes a little effort.

I just turned 45 and am by far in the best shape of my life. I workout regularly, but my diet consists largely of ground beef and veggies and chicken thighs and veggies. Along with things like eggs, dairy, greek yogurt, fruit, nuts etc.

It is all easy to cook or prepare and about as cheap as you can go while still easting meat and getting very generous servings of protein every day. Much cheaper than eating out or buying a bunch of processed garbage.
