When Cuban border guards approached it, the crew opened fire.
Cuba killed 4 of them and wounded 6 more.
The boat was American-registered. Nobody's talking about this.@AZ_Intel_ @sentdefender pic.twitter.com/8jQx5kBdIm

This seems like a "wait 48 hours to form an opinion" situation.

Does Cuba really want to start something like that with Trump?

Sure seems like a stupid games, as said above.
Sounds like Cuba defending her borders. We would have probably done the same.
I am curious if they were smuggling legal goods in illegally, illegal goods in illegally, people in, or people out.

Of course, the American flagged boat could have been drug runners. Drug smugglers would have reacted in that way.
We have our own drug smugglers here, too.
Either way, that's beside the point that we need to help usher in a new government, a democracy, in Cuba. It's amazing to me that we have allowed a country that is 90 miles off our shores to institute one of the most draconian forms of communism in the world for the last 70 years.
Those people have been suffering for two or three generations and there has really been no reason we should not have liberated them.
Hell, the Marines at Guantanamo could probably overrun the entire country on their own.
According to the New York Times, citing an unnamed U.S. official, the vessel fired on by the Cuban Border Guard was part of a flotilla to extract relatives out of Cuba and was not a U.S. naval or Coast Guard vessel. pic.twitter.com/hoNZVrw1jX

Waiting for progressives to update their status to include Cuban flag in their profile and proclaim the sovereignty of Cuba and its right to defend itself from illegal immigrants/invaders
