This X post accurately reports the firing of at least 10 FBI staffers ordered by Director Kash Patel for their role in obtaining phone records of Patel and Susie Wiles during the 2022-2023 Mar-a-Lago classified documents probe under the Biden administration, as corroborated by Reuters and The New York Times.
The Fox News clip features Bret Baier discussing the subpoenas as potentially questionable FBI practices, underscoring revelations that the surveillance targeted Trump allies while they were private citizens.

But it doesn't stop there with Wray being out of the picture.

Biden's FBI was spying on their future FBI Director Kash Patel and Trump's future Chief of Staff Susie Wiles back in 2022 and 2023 isn't really a big surprise when they were private citizens! The FBI obtained their phone records by way of grand jury subpoenas related to the classified documents case against DJT which led to the raid at Mar a Lago. They were never accused of doing anything wrong and were never charged with anything, yet they still had their rights violated. Crazy. As more comes out, it seems like they were literally spying on everyone!

Until people START GOING TO F****** PRISON it will never change. Getting fired means they leave their day job and join a contractor and carry on.

The FBI scum stasi types were probably just lying about his cooperation to justify hiding what they did:
Quote:

Re the reporting that the FBI recorded a call between Wiles and her attorney.

Reporting now is that Wiles' attorney denies he ever consented to a recorded call with her at the request of the FBI, and Wiles believes him.

Patel said yesterday the records were found in a "Prohibited" FBI file that is invisible to anyone without special access.

If that is true, I think we are well into the territory where it is appropriate to question whether this was not a "consensually monitored call" but was instead and illegal wiretap of Wiles or her attorney, and it was hidden behind false FBI paperwork claiming the attorney was cooperating.

That would explain why it was put behind at "Prohibited" access firewall in the FBI file system.

The NYT is reporting this involved the Smith SCO looking to see if Trump connected PACs were paying attorney's fees in order to prevent people in Trump-World from cooperating with Smith.

The timing is suspicious. Smith was appointed in Nov. 2022, and this call is reported to have taken place in Feb. 2023. Smith stepped in and took over an ongoing DOJ investigation, and he might have wondered very early why more people weren't cooperating.

He's so slimy and ethically challenged that I could see him going down this road.

I think there is much here still to be learned.

Agreed but the scarier thing is the continuing degradation of the Constitution. It is serving as a doormat of the deep state and politicians to wipe the feces off their feet.

If there was a subpoena then (a) they went through the proper channels and (b) they would have had to shown probable cause. What was the probable cause? Stories like this too often only give us the part they want us to hear.

not necessarily true as the russia, russia, russia hoax taught us. many of these just get rubber stamped or not even seen by judiciary

They paid for their wars with your tax dollars and also with your untaxed dollars. Inflation is theft.

When I saw this story yesterday, I immediately thought "there is no its true that the lawyer allowed the taping".

Great notes from shipwrecked in this.

Here's the problem I have though; why immediately fire them? IG has a lot more power to interrogate/question them while they still work for the FBI; get a few to turn on others. Suspend without pay? Sure, and all kinds of nasty letters etc.

The one person in the country with the power and probably desire to figure this out would be Susie Wiles though (as I am convinced Kash is not succeeding in stuff he talks about). If she really wants to, she could even convince Bondi to do something.

They would not have had to show probable cause. The FiSA court allowed illegal spying on Carter Page. As I recall "Judge" Boasberg was the supervising judge over the FISA court at the time.

Why aren't people who claim to be virtuous, like Mike Pence, screaming from the rooftops?

Woodrow Wilson and all the financial stuff happened. THAT is when the Republic became mortally wounded.
They did it like the progressives have always done it...blame the wealthy and implement to punish "the wealthy" and then the cancer spreads

This is why Dems launch countless investigations and exploit every possible legal angle to come after Republicans. They can get friendly judges to give them very wide latitude to conduct these "investigations" which allows them to spy on whomever they want.

Well the one blowhard that ranted for years about what needs to be done is back on his podcast show doing what ? The Bongino act of ranting as that is what republicans are best at.

Patel and Bongino will go down as huge disappointments.

This is the same FBI that lied to the FISA court 72 times in order to get illegal wire taps on the Trump campaign.

They do not get the benefit of the doubt when it is very clear that breaking the law and lying to judges to surveil is business as usual for Comey and Smith.

I suggest we all keep in mind the very real possibility that the administration is carefully holding its water until closer to the mid term election in November.

If done now, the fickle, uninformed American public will forget it in three weeks, especially if the fake news tells them to forget/ignore it. I can only hope actions will be forthcoming this summer.

While this doesn't specifically fall into the Cloward-Piven strategy, when the public starts losing confidence in all government operations, it's certainly a form of Cloward-Piven.

Not to mention the actual strategy taking place as we head towards $40 trillion in debt.
Hate is how progressives sustain themselves. Without hate, introspection begins to slip into the progressive's consciousness, threatening the progressive with the truth: that their ideas and opinions are illogical, hypocritical, dangerous, and asinine.
This is backed by data.

Yes. Also remember that Jack Smith, much like Mueller, picked his teams in both DC and FLA, including FBI teams. Fellow travelers with the-ends-justify-the-means agenda.

I am unclear on one point. Which GJ issued these subpoenas? DC? (easily corrupted in that federal district) or Florida?

Remember Judge Cannon was slack-jawed over the dual grand juries in the Trump documents case as that was quite unusual under those circumstances.
