Curiosity got the better of me, 0% that this is true. You can do crazy things with makeup, but their bone structures are way too different.

Plus, there's no difference in the teeth. They are the same minus the usual lengthening from age.

And one thing makeup cannot do, is fake the exact smile and mannerisms that he has. Look at the shape of the mouth and the way he smiles and the way he talks. The lips move exactly the same way. Nobody can fake that with makeup.
