Just like the Texas father who beat that pedo to death when he caught him going after his daughter, this is definitely another good case for acquittal or no charge at all if taken before a grand jury. Same goes for the father who just won his primary race for Sherrif.

Yep. Didn't seem like any imminent attack that he was defending against.

Deadly force to stop an imminent sexual assault is protected by Texas 9.32 and Texas 9.33
