Just like the Texas father who beat that pedo to death when he caught him going after his daughter, this is definitely another good case for acquittal or no charge at all if taken before a grand jury. Same goes for the father who just won his primary race for Sherrif.

Markus needs a millstone, some rope, some chain, a small crane and transportation to Lake Whitney with the de-groined perv.

From what that article says, he may have a difficult time proving he was saving a kid.

Yep. Didn't seem like any imminent attack that he was defending against.

Deadly force to stop an imminent sexual assault is protected by Texas 9.32 and Texas 9.33

Did you actually read the article or just the url?

Quote:

A man is in the custody of Fort Worth police after being accused of shooting another man in the groin. His family claims he was protecting his underage nieces from a man allegedly soliciting them for sex.

Markus Renfro, 33, is in jail Saturday. His family members are explaining why he shot another man in the groin, and why they don't think he deserves to be in jail.
