Everyone in the C-Suite at the $5B company I work for is a chick. Why? Because BlackRock wants it that way.

They will find a way to justify all kinds of bad and evil practices like slavery, racism etc saying "go create your own country".

Ultimately the reason is clear. The 65+ group is generally financially well off by selling out the country's opportunities to other countries in the name of free market so they want this grift to continue until their deaths. Hence the viciousness in making vile personal attacks which they think will scare people into silence.

And then you have people who blame everyone else for their lot in life. They will never look in the mirror. That poster blames beta males for not being in the C-suite. Usually it's boomers, Jews, CEOs and foreigners. This is a new one where someone lets beta males keep them down.

The same can be said about men enrollments at universities and colleges which are at an all time low.
