Porsche is an SUV company now, not a sport car company. They would have been out of business in the early 2000s if it wasn't for the Cayenne and Macan.

Was in Palm Desert yesterday (El Peseo). Saw a 718... a GT3... and more than a dozen Cays and Macs. Wife commented, "they're like X*&^&&*&^s. Everybody has one. I Like my Boxster".

Boxster saved the company first time around. Macs and Cays...

Makes sense. China has 200-300 different car manufacturers all making EV's and all subsidized by the state.
