When I saw the dove hunting one near the beginning, I thought "That's it! That's the best one!" Then I hit the Calvin and Hobbes, Yogi Berra, and the monkey and math homework ones. Bottom line. I couldn't come up with a "best one" this week.

Calvin's impression of his dad is one of my favorite C&Hs. Such a perfect example of how much stuff our kids pick up on and how funny they can be. The monkey one also had me rolling.

I have some sad news to report. While sitting on my front porch swing with my dogs, Molly, who had been sick but refused to take medicine, just died on my front steps. I figured it was only a matter of time, and she was my favorite of the three girls (siblings). She will be sorely missed. She was eleven. This is she as a puppy...

Oh, Rock. That's terrible. It's always hard, but you have to remember that she had so many years looking you in the eye and always wanting to be important to you. I'm sure she felt she was and appreciated that. All dogs do in fact go to heaven.
