Just get them to agree to it and move on. Its what they did with Obama and what NK did with Clinton. Neither worked, but Democrats loved that it a deal was put in place. The optics for them of doing something are more important than if it actually works. I think Trump is similar.

As a semi-rational person that likes to look at several perspectives, after the crazies fired a couple of missiles capable of going 2000+ miles, I think forbidding any enrichment is essential in the agreement.

If you are going to give that possibility of nuclear missiles to a culture that lines up women and children as shields, they will use them for nefarious reasons and not just stand-off defense. Is that a poison pill philosophy?
