One of the largest emerging conservative blocs is heavily falling out of favor with Israel. Men under 50, who went from Trump by 1 point last election, after going for Biden by 10 in 2020, support for Israel has cratered by 44 points in just 4 years.

This seems to be led by men under 30 (who voted for Trump +16 in 2024)

This should signal a change in how candidates have to market their foreign policy in upcoming elections

Along with losers like Tucker, Corey Mahler, and the rest of the wannabe neo-Nazis.

These freaks think they're going to raise an army to purge the US of all but their special class of white people.

It's cratered everywhere.

People are not ignorant anymore.

People are aware that there is a disproportionate amount of propaganda around the state of Israel.

There's only so much bull***** You can shove up somebody's ass before they start to question things today.

I still firmly support the state of Israel as a military ally, and as a very capable friend

I'm kind of done with the whole "antisemite "thing and Jews are always a victim, blah blah blah

I can think of 50 groups on this planet day that are actual victims

I don't really care, but you could damn sure start with the Palestinians. Some of those people had the ****ing nerve to be born there and they are getting ****ed up bad.

I think it's also related to shifts in Christianity in this country

I think you're gonna have a lot of older generation people who are Christian Zionist or Dispensationalist.

It's literally rooted in ignorance, ingrained as children in the world where you did not have better information.

Christian's today just don't think that way. We have way better information.

Israel puts Israel first, allies be damned if necessary. Ironically, this is exactly the same mentality that has lead to young men being anti-Israel.
Severian the Torturer

Old people are skewing less and less conservative, while young males are skewing more and more conservative, while also incredibly less favorable to Israel.

Theres a lesson there

What we see is the exact same thing the Nazis did.

Told a bunch of young fools that "The Jews" are to blame for all of their problems. They then feed them a daily diet of vitriol and hated.

There is a good reason why Julius Streicher was tried, convicted, and executed at Nuremberg. Now we have modern day versions of Streicher using the Internet to spew their venom.

Watching you compare people saying things you don't like online to a mass extermination campaign that killed 15,000,000 people, makes me think the stories about the Nazis are untrue.

Also, point of order. The survey questioned mention Israel, not Jews.

This could also be a reason that Israel seems to be "going for broke" now against all their regional enemies. There will come a point in time- probably in the next 10 years as the youngs grow up and enter politics (and the olds move on)- where Israel will no longer have the unconditional support they currently enjoy from the United States.

It sucks that Palestinians rejected a state in 1948, refused to make peace in 2000 when they could have gotten almost all they wanted and then set off on a suicide bomb campaign in the 2nd infitada, resulting in the Israeli moves to build a security wall.
Palestinian leadership pretty much screwed their own people.

It's honestly both. With free speech on the internet, you are inherently going to get both. But it's honestly better than what the older generations got- which was a carefully curated media message to shape your beliefs.

And then there's people like me that don't want any aid to anyone, doesn't care about Israel or any other nation, and wants to let Israel handle their business however they see fit.

If that's glassing mother****as....cool.

Zero give a **** anymore.

And Palestinians deserve to get spanked. They keep ****ing around, and finding out, and are too stupid to learn not to **** around again.

Israel should have taken care of the problem when they had the chance in 1967.

If there was enough room in post-WW2 Germany for 14 million expellees from east of the Oder-Neisse line, there's plenty of room in the 20-odd Arab-majority countries for 2 million expellees from Gaza today.

Yeah that is unfortunately not true. Even when the news was presented as news, it was still carefully curated for the consumer to shape their beliefs. Both in HOW it was covered (framing), as well as WHAT was actually covered.

The only people I know who still fully support Israel are old evangelicals, and even they aren't supporting them as strongly as in the past. October 7 looked as though Israel appeared it too many and the complete destruction of Gaza and its residents turned many against it. Take that, along with the targeting of Christians in Gaza and Lebanon, and you have a real backlash against Israel. Calling someone anti-Semitic for the smallest criticism of Israel didn't help either.

I see. You were born in the 50's?
Definitely not.

There were 3 networks.
Interesting that the networks wer not allowed to share content from other networks.
Now you can have Fox show an edited clip of CNN and make a claim regarding +/- of said clip.
And vice versa.
Those 3 networks worked to scoop the other two.

I'd say there's a lot more framing going on today.
