Biden was a lot of it. He was flying in Haitians in the middle of the night and dispersing them across America. And he was doing this while simultaneously not allowing Cubans....because they tend to vote Republican once they get here.

My understanding is something like 350,000 have been admitted under this program, so about 0.1% of the entire population of the USA, but something closer to 6% or thereabouts of the population of Haiti.

She is also currently pushing a bill which grants full amnesty, requires the government to bring back people who have been deported, and eventually grants citizenship.

I'm sure this has been said, haven't read the thread, but I honestly, I think this was a political move. It's unfortunate but those Rs are in purple districts that are pro illegal immigration. They know it won't pass the Senate, so they were free to vote the best way to maintain the seat.
