IIRC, this actually several weeks ago and is referring to the DHS funding that the House then rejected.

Why do all of these random Twitter accounts, usually with super-duper sounding names, always post old stuff as "Breaking News/Just In/Alert!/etc." for stuff that happened weeks or even months ago.
