It's only the exact point I'm making. Republicans have allowed non-zealots to be in complete control of the party. They are now celebrating that a liberal Jew is prominent guy for them. It's why our country is being destroyed from within.

America-hating socialist dems have gone so far off the rails, if a dem politician actually pauses with moments of reasoning and thoughtfulness, they tell republicans "please do" take them over to their side.

No one will ever know. My late grandad was the Chairman of the Texas Democrat Party back in the 1970s and while was chairman walked away before it became fashionable b/c my grandad could envision where the Democrat party was destined to go and my grandad told them to kiss his ass and became a Republican eventually being offered a cabinet position in the 1st term of the Reagan administration but declined b/c he didn't want to become a beaurocrat and have to move to DC instead accepted a position in the Reagan administration as a intergovernmental liason for county government since he was a former Dallas County Commissioner

My grandparents at the Oval Office visiting with President Reagan when President Reagan had a meeting with my grandad to discuss to be his Secretary of Labor
