El Presidente Sheinbaum is screaming bloody murder that her government wasn't informed, but there were "Mexican officials" involved in the raid. She's either covering her ass from the cartels, or the "Mexican officials" knew better than to let her know because the meth lab would have been gone. I also wonder if they were CIA or ICE.

Yes we pick winner and loosers in the Mexican drug trade. Was great when we picked one winner let them policed themselves. Mexico was safe now we let several be in charge while occasionally cutting off the head of the snake. So you end up with 10 factions instead of 1. Then Mexico becomes violent pushes more illegals across the border costing the American taxpayers at every step along the way.

Do you really think the mass caravans of illegals had thousands of dollars to pay cartels to come thru Mexico? They didn't we were funding the whole operation.

From what i understand cartels are becoming splintered and will not wield the power they once did.

As of last February, Chinese were bringing $84k to get across. They didn't get into Mexico by swimming ashore.
