Get Fauci on the stand as a witness, he can't plead the fifth because of his pardon, however if he lies again on what he's stated in the past, and it's able to be proven he lied, that's a new crime now covered by the 14 year blanket pardon Biden's autopen signed

Fauci is still possibly liable for civil crimes. I expect he'd raise those 5th amendment claims anyway.

If he's going to be indicted, it needs to happen fast at this point.

But invoking the Fifth Amendment in regards a civil case or civil liability can result in negative inferences so a judge/jury assuming the silence implies guilt. So it's a lose lose in his case.

His attorney's can easily claim he still has threat of state law prosecutions. Same notion was pushed early last year in the "make him testify in front of Congress! Perjury trap." That also did not pan out.
