If the federal government wants Florida's help, why not make them work for it?

1. Pass the Save America Act.
2. Pass a balance the budget bill.
3. Insert great ideas here

Why not both?

Look at the congressional delegations from every blue state and compare them to how those states actually vote overall. Especially CA, WA, IL, MA, NJ, NY, MN, and basically every northeastern state. And of course VA now.

Red states MUST do exactly the same.

MAXIMUM WARFARE for all! Right?

Any red state that has a majority in both the legislative and executive branches should be working a plan to redistrict asap. Time to fight fire with fire.

Your problem is you infer that the federal government DOES want Florida's help. The entrenched bureaucrats don't want Florida's help. Half the lower courts and appeals courts don't want Florida's help. The demoncrats in Congress don't want Florida's help. And most importantly, the RINOs in the Senate don't want Florida's help. The only ones who DO want Florida's help are the Republicans who actually havd an ounce of integrity when they were making campaign promises.

Thune does not have the votes to pass the save act. Even to pass with 51 and eliminating the filibuster we do not have the votes for that.

You have 4 senators that do not care about redistricting or staying in power to get them to change their minds

Tillis, Murkowski, Mitch and Collins are all a no, which puts you at 49 yes votes. Those 4 do not care about maintaining the house or the save act. Their hatred for Trump outweighs everything

Maybe you can convince Fetterman to be that 50th vote but I doubt it. He would get destroyed by his own party if he did. Honestly he should switch to R and he would be embraced big time but he would need to vote like an R of course. He would be another Collins but that is better than nothing

We need to play hardball with our caucus like the libs. Vote for the Save Act or be drummed out of the Senate. There is dirt on everybody.

I think I've heard him say he is for the Save Act.

Here's another look...

I 100% agree generally, but here is why that won't get the Save America Act passed.

Collins is up for election this year. If she votes for it, she will lose in ME.

Murkosowski is not up until 2028, but the GOP is already doing all it can to get rid of her.

Tillis is not seeking reelection.

McConnell is not seeking reelection.

There really isn't any hardball you can play with these four.

BS. Thune could get it done if he wasn't on Team Swamp.

Fetterman is AGAINST the Save America Act; like the good little Lib he is.

He talks a lot of noise, but when push comes to shove, his vote generally line up way on the Left.

Tillis is not running for reelection, Mitch is on his last term and is brain dead. Collins is from a blue state, you do not run off a senator that is in a blue state, you basically have no shot at getting another R in that state. Trump tried VERY HARD to get Murkowski out and she still cruised to a victory, Alaska loves her for some odd reason

I am kinda of surprised Thune and the other RINO Rs cannot convince old Mitch to vote yes. I doubt they are even trying though. Thune is worthless even more so than what Mitch was. Mitch at least hammered through as many judges as he could, Thune doesn't even try to, worthless pig and South Dakota needs to boot him in their next primary, like we are about to do with Cornyn

You bring in McConnell and show him all the ties him and his wife have to China, the wire transfers, etc. And tell him they are going down for FARA and a litany of other crimes unless he votes yes.

Do the same thing with Tillis and his ties with Soros and the big banks.

For Murkowski, you show all the graft that she's been routing to her family back in Alaska, and talk about RICO charges.

The left has already tilted their state's districts so far out of balance, there is nowhere to go. So naturally they hate red states doing the same.

Big (R) states have a long way to go. I wouldn't be surprised if (R)'s could gain 30 seats by setting up their states like the (D)'s have already done.

With the SC decision today on Race districts. I did a little research. Only Florida (4), Georgia (2), Mississippi (1) and South Carolina (1) are considering redrawing before the election

Tennessee, Louisiana, Bama, Utah are not considering it for 2026

Nebraska was considering eliminating their one blue district but decided not to. Indiana could have added two seats but they voted it down (even though Rs have a huge advantage, they are Fing weak AF), Kentucky has a blue district but has a Dem Governor

By 2028 though I fully expect all those states to redraw and Rs will flip around 15 seats

Blatantly violates the Florida Constitution. Gerrymandering for political purposes is unconstitutional there.

Good thing it wasn't political, it was to bring Florida in compliance with a recent Supreme Court decision.

What the hell good is she? All she does is take up time trying to pander to her. I say get rid of her and thus stop worrying about trying to conform to what she wants. If it means another d, so be it. That's effectively what she is much of the time anyway.

Use whatever resources to gain another seat elsewhere. There's no way she's worth the trouble but we treat her like if we don't pucker at the sight of her ass, the world will cave in. We need to stop that.

Virginia new map is essentially DOA. Commonwealth Supreme Court will trike it down, purely for procedural reasons. The Dems in the Commonwealth legislature (state assembly) failed to follow the prescribed procedures before putting a constitutional amendment to a popular vote. So the results of hat vote cannot be certified since it was done in an illegal manner under the state constitution and statutes.

Not smart, we need all the help we can get these days. Would she vote to make DC and Puerto Rico states? I think not
