They are planning to build a fence around the Federal building in Eugene, Oregon after it was vandalized earlier this year during one of the many peaceful protests. Apparently they all have their undergarments in a wad because the fence would take in all or part of the sidewalk. The city responded by adding some concrete barriers to block off a short-term parking lane so that pedestrians can use that after the fence goes up.

I worked in this building for for a couple of years so I'm glad I not there to have to deal with this crap.

Just watching the video, many bingo card squares can be checked off:

whistles
bullhorns
chanting and yelling obscenities
not a single non-white person in the video

At one point they announce the death of Donald Trump and say "Yay!"

The protesters are morons.

-Damage property "protesting"
-property owner (FedGov) repairs damage
- they don't want it to happen again, so they design a method to prevent that

I love how the video stars with her calmly talking about how peaceful they are and how there is no reason for the fence and then you see them trying to block the officers trying to drive out while they "Get the F out" with bullhorns and blow constant whistles at them as soon as they step off the property. Yeah, can't imagine why they don't want them right up next to the building.

Protestors in Oregon have a right to destroy, so.... Bus them to the mayor's residence.

I believe you are right. I only accessed that area from the street a few times when I needed to load some things into our government vehicle and I had to call the guard and he would stay at the gate after I pulled through to make sure no one came in behind me.

But back in 2020-2021 it was just one guard without riot gear.

This is why paying as much in taxes as I do makes me angry. I pay an excessive amount and I'm sure some of that money is going to this clown who apparently doesn't work.

These are the "misfit toys" and protests are their "island". Protests like these are where freaks and social outcasts can have live contact with their own ilk.

Activism as a career needs to be stopped. Activism, is to protesting. It's also majority foreign funded.

Funny story is, these "protestors" hate fences but love communism. All federal buildings are heavily fortified n communist countries.
