We executed a guilty man. The Texas 7 all got the death penalty and deserved it, even though they didn't all directly kill Aubrey Hawkins

I guess I don't get the point of the OP. Are you just telling us he was executed? That there are some who argue he is innocent? Not culpable?

If you have an issue with his sentence, your ire needs to be directed to the Texas legislature and the Law of Parties.

Otherwise.... According to the Law of Parties, whether he pulled the trigger or not, he is responsible for the murders because he was involved in the crime that precipitated their murders.

Now, if his argument is that he was in no way involved in the crime at all, then I could see arguing innocence. But that's not his argument, correct?

My ire is with the politician who says he wasn't tried under the law of parties, so he shouldn't be execute.

I glad Texas didn't bend the knee and put him down.

Welp, there went a guy who could've been the person to find a cure for cancer. Good going Texas.

Is PCP even around anymore or has Fentanyl completely replaced it on the streets

Since most places / countries outlawed it as a horse / animal tranquilizer, then no. I remember back in the 90's crossing in to Laredo to score some benzos from the pharmacy and the guy wanted to take us to the vet as well.

Still around in Houston, DC, LA, etc but not a preferred given cost and availability. I've watched people use it with joints dipped in it, but that was also in the 90s.

It used to be a tranquilizer for humans. But evidently people getting shermed out in the hospital turned out to be a bad idea.

The more you know…

Explain to me why libs are fine with killing innocent people but outraged at killing murderers and rapists? Is it because theyre sadistic human beings?

That's certainly one of the reasons.

They are also of weak mind and lap up stories of violent criminals as if they were mangy puppies who simply needed a bath and a bowl of kibble.

They have the inability to recognize that some people are just bad and break the law. Instead, the unclean to them are those who do not believe the way they do and that they have been enlightened and you are a dumb deplorable.

It's a real mess.

Im just sad, that one less customer is dead. What ever will I do with one less scum bag not running the streets. Oh well, let me get back to the 15 waiting calls on my screen before sgt calls me in for an a** chewing.
Can't decide if I want to be cute & cuddly, or go blow some sh*t up.
Decisions decisions.

FIFY

When you change the wording to be more accurate it becomes puzzling why their screaming is relevant

The only thing that I am upset about is that it took 18 years for the families of the victims to get justice,

I do not care if he was the trigger man or not, he participated in the robbery and had no remorse toward the victims or their families.

Society will not miss him.

But now, his cadaver can be used by a medical student that just may find a cure for cancer.

The point of the OP was to post his own X account and hopefully drum up some free advertising for his business without paying TexAgs fo the benefit.

Texas says nah, he gets executed.

Politician says event tried under rule of parties, so Texas executes an innocent man.

Why do we give a **** about this random tweet? Like I tell those with TDS, you don't have to respond to everything that someone says.

Yes I do

Cool, so we get a 2-fer now? They got the guy who boastfully took claim for the crime. Now they should go after the real trigger man and exterminate that guy as well.

This guy got 18 years. This infuriates me. I get it that we want to get it right, but we need to fast track this process.

If he was involved he's just as guilty as the trigger man. This is a long standing concept in US jurisprudence.

"I'm not a murderer; I'm a perjurer, thief, and accomplice to murder" doesn't win him much sympathy from me even if technically true.

Shouldn't have tried to make himself look like a super thug. ****ed around and last night he found out.

And yes, under law of parties, his execution was perfectly legal.

This thread is not going to go the way you want it to.

This thread is going exactly how pookie wanted it to.

Have you ever read his posts?

And did you not catch the quotations around the word "innocent" in the title?

John Bucy, who Texas A&M follows on twitter, doesn't understand the rule of parties should have been all I said.

Don't know how my original post came off as support. Too much sarcasm I suppose.
