There was a WSJ article during Bidens presidency sharing that Bidens staff would go to the Obamas house at the end of many work days and consult with Barack.

For obvious reasons because Biden was mentally incompetent and had no idea what was happening. Obama was at least partially pulling the strings behind the scenes from his DC home and everyone knew it.

I remember that story too. It seemed way too convenient that Obama continued living in DC not far from the White House.
