Just go 702, 703 FISA on her butt. Use those queries for a Title I FISA warrant with a crap ton of hops.

ETA: Title I is for agents of a foreign interest, usually a government. She is acting as an agent for Cuba.

Investigations sufficient to get a prosecution take weeks or months, then you need to secure an indictment. These things never happen fast. I don't know where this delusion has developed that the criminal Justice process ever happens quickly has developed but if you actually want to WIN the case versus doing stuff for show and to harass, it takes time. It does not happen like you see in fictional media, all in tidy 1 hour episodes.

Title I FISA last 180 days before it has to be renewed. That's a lot evidence with multiple hops.
