Louise Lucas tried to rig Virginia’s elections with an illegal redistricting gambit.

Not only is that gambit now dead, several red states have successfully and legally changed their maps, Lucas’ crooked companies have been raided by the feds, and she’s probably headed for jail.

Holy crap! I did not see this coming. . . and for obvious reasons: Had the Democrat-appointed Justice Kelsey voted with his other Democrat-appointed colleagues who held a majority on the Court, the Virginia Supreme Court would have upheld the unconstitutional redistricting. https://t.co/vd8ZPtUoYK

The way they initiated it was the crux of the SC overturning it. I didn't read the ruling, but not sure if they mentioned the language of the referendum in the ruling.
Also, just put a few hundred bucks on the Rs retaining Senate and House on Kalshi at 25%

I do not know where Dems get their money but they are saying Dems will pour around 300 million in the Texas senate race

What is Khalshi and should I take anything they predict in consideration? Are they pretty accurate?
They have the midterms as a blood bath for Rs

Huge win for the Republicans and gives them a huge boost to retain the House in 2026! They'll get a chance again later because I believe the crux of the ruling was the terms of why she called the special session, but it's yuge for now, especially with her popularity torpedoing in the state after she went from moderate to full progressive after the election.🚨 MASSIVE: Virginia Supreme Court OVERTURNS redistricting referendum, strikes down Democrat gerrymandered map. pic.twitter.com/7ddsUsOYLy

Way to decide districts. Each state should be more in line with the registered voters. Ie, the New England states are 45/55 and there are NO R representatives.
