I would think most intelligent people can see the difference between students putting pennies on the statue of Sul Ross for good luck, and having a preacher dedicate a golden statue as past of some crypto bros' promotion of their latest scam, I mean meme coin.
I don't seem to remember all of these posts from our res-libs when St George was having his tribute and bronze statue unveiled. But I guess thats different because of all the good he did for our country.
