This nonsense puts the public at risk.

Many will not register their cars anymore which is lost tax revenue to maintain roads. No more toll money for those driving with no plates.

If a cop pulls a car over with no plates for some other reason, can't call in a plate to see if it's stolen or perhaps there is a dangerous wanted felon driving it.

The Democrats don't want to enforce anything that documents crimes or results in criminal interactions with law enforcement so they can use manipulated data to make the case that the big crime increases the public experiences under Democrat leadership and power isn't happening. At the same time, they will also claim they can make things better with more power. It is extremely Orwellian. It also satisfies their compulsion to be sanctimonious over identity political dogma where they contend the "system" is racially oppressive instead of the exposure of cultural behavior problems.

You can't implement a national police force (SS) that is only accountable to the politicians in the federal capital unless you tear down local law enforcement to the point that the politicians and their propaganda arm can insist that the national police force is the only answer.

....but CA highway patrol has free reign to force a bone stock vehicle to go through a state inspection system. Which can then deem your stock exhaust as non compliant and force you to replace it.


They think they can do this on cars for non residents as well...

LAPD doesn't care about those things. They have better things to do. Like stop cars known to be carrying felony amounts of drugs. So they use the above as excuses to make contact. Which you just took away from them.

Example: it takes two squad cars to roll up on a car for expired tags?
