It's all serious business abord AF 1 on the way to China!

Who doesn't prefer to change clothes on a long haul international flight and get into some more comfortable clothes? Rubio ditched the work suit and tie and instead opted for the far more comfortable Nike "Maduro" tracksuit, and of course the WH posted it!

Rubio changed for his Hannity interview. Which is fantastic by the way.

He gives some perspective that I do not believe has been described in the way he did regarding why Trump took action on Iran when he did.

Had a lot to do with their conventional munitions combined with the nuclear threat. The concern being their bad ramped up their drone and missile production working to achieve by sheer scale the ability to threaten not Israel but their Persian gulf neighbors.

The idea being Israel and the US would be held in check to attack Iran over its nuclear program because they would wipe out UAE, Oman, SA, Kuwait, etc.

With that deterrent and the concept of holding the SoH hostage, they could pursue their nuclear interests protected by their deterrent drones, missiles pointed at neighbors.

Trump ripped off the bandaid. And any concept Rubio did not support the action should be put to rest if one watches the interview (will link when available).

Yes he needed to go back and reset the narrative. His first press conference for the Iran war he said we attacked because Israel was going to and we knew or at least thought in retaliation Iran would strike our bases in the middle east.

Vance has a distinct advantage going in to 2028 from his position as Vice President… exemption from the Hatch Act.

Cabinet members enjoy no such exemption meaning if Rubio wants to run he will have to resign to do it.

I had not considered that and it certainly puts a wrinkly in Rubio or Vance.
